There has been a significant amount of damage caused to the grassed areas on Meadow View by horses being taken across the area. All horse owners and riders should be aware that the the Parish bye-laws prohibits the riding of horses not only on Meadow View but on any Parish Council land.
Congratulations to Tim Salmon on becoming the Rollestonian of the Year 2023. Clare Stewart, Chair of the Parish Council, presented Tim with his award at last night’s Annual Parish Meeting.
More maintenance work completed. The ground around the tree has been raised, as has the bench, in order to bury a tree root.
Our contractor has stoned the muddy area on the Jinny Trail and also put a drain in under the path to take more water away.
